We make all of our kitchens in our own factory in Mackay by a team of local qualified tradesmen and apprentices.

We offer both services NO FEE and DESIGN FEE:

NO FEE Flat-Pack kitchens are your way to save money by designing your own kitchen; we take no responsibility for measurements provided by you.

DESIGN FEE Flat-Pack service is available for us to design you a functional and practical kitchen. A Design Fee of $200.00 for two hours CAD design work, you must provide a scaled room plan with dimensions, include window openings and a list of appliances and plumbing inclusions; additional hours can be purchased.

We supply a diagram and related stickers on each piece of cabinetry, but we do not supply step by step instructions. In addition a short clip on assembling a carcass is on this website. Knowledge of this trade is an asset for the Flat Pack buyer.

Sure, just select the cabinet the next size up and send us a message about your offbeat size for that cabinet. We offer a cut-down service at an additional cost which will be calculated for you according to the size required. An email with acceptance form and pre-payment will be a prerequisite to proceed.

Yes your Flat Duck Flat-Pack will be fitted with standard Blum long-life hardware such as Metabox hinges and runners, it will also include one handle for each drawer or door face.

Yes Blum Metabox soft close systems to drawers and doors is standard.

Yes you do, for all exposed or seen panels – those not butting a wall.

Ideally the DIY service is collect from our factory to save money, however a delivery service to our local area is available upon request. We offer the delivery service at an additional cost which will be calculated for you according to the location. An email with acceptance form and pre-payment will be a prerequisite to proceed.

We are open from 8am to 5pm Monday to Thursday and 8am to 3pm Friday.

We are not open for collection on weekends.
